ISSUE FIXED: The latest Windows update blocks our driver signature, please uninstall the latest Windows update first. Otherwise, an error message(c0000603-fffffffff) indicating that the driver cannot be loaded may appear.

To clarify the recent downtime, the servers have been experiencing a DDOS attack, once the server is down your time is paused so no need to worry. We recommend checking periodically to see when the servers are online.
